How to file PCORI Online with Simple
720[Step by Step]

1) If you
are a new user, register with your basic details like Name, Email ID, and
Password. If you are an existing user, you can directly log in.
2) Add the
required business details accordingly. Select the correct Tax Year under the
Tax Year field. The quarter should be selected as Apr-June.
3) In the
left side panel, select Form 720 and select Part 2. Under that, select PCORI.
We have a few Policy types as below, please select the relevant one:
Under
Specified Health Insurance Policies:
a. With a policy year ending before Oct 1,
2021.
b. With a policy year ending on or after Oct
1, 2021, and before Oct 1, 2022.
Under
Applicable Self-Insured Health Plans:
a. With a plan year ending before Oct 1,
2021.
b. With a plan year ending on or after Oct
1, 2021, and before Oct 1, 2022.
4) Specify
the average number of lives covered. The tax amount will be calculated and
populated automatically in our dashboard.
5) Now,
there would be 2 payment methods; you can select the one that suits you:
a. Electronic Funds Withdrawal (Direct
Debit)
b. EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment
System)
6) Check the acknowledgment checkbox and click the Proceed to Pay button. Enter your details and complete the payment.
